Sunday School is held every Sunday morning. In Sunday School class your children will experience singing, prayer, stories, crafts and other activities focused around a theme for the month. The Sunday School class will be taught by our Children’s Ministry Coordinator and experienced teacher Becky Cuthbert.
For the first 15 minutes of the regular adult worship service, children are invited to sit in a circle on the stage up front to hear a brief children’s story directed to them. Then, following the choir anthem, they are taken to meet separately for their own special Sunday School classes (see above).
Older youth may, if they wish, also participate in the church services as greeters, ushers, scripture readers and acolytes.
Child care for young children is provided during the Worship services every Sunday morning from 10:15 am to 11:30 am.
If your children like to sing then our Childrens’ Choir is a good place for them to learn more about music. Even if they never perform in a choir again this experience will enhance their entire life. Older youth as well as adult music lovers are welcome to join our Adult Choir.
Older children are welcome to participate in the church’s handbell choir. No experience is required to participate in creating beautiful hand bell sounds.
